Bio

As a young adult a suffered from severed depression that most of the time paralyzed me from embodying my full potential. I was in so much physical, emotional and spiritual pain that most of the they it would not allow me to function. I was extremely angry I could accept the fact that i was limited by a piece of paper. I wanted to do so much and thought that now that I found out i was undocumented my life was cut in half. It took me many years for me to understand that it was a blessing in disguise. When I was diagnose with depression it was a very frustrating time for me. I knew for a fact I wanted to get better I wanted to be happy and feel amazing like the rest of my 19 year old friends. I tried everything I when to the school psychologist , paid a private therapist nothing helped. I couldn't connect with them I felt as thought they did not understand me. Because of my immigration status I was also unable to get medical insurance hence the fact that i could get medication. I decided to take a more holistic approach on my health. Started to change the way I ate, I became more conscious as to how much water I was drinking and how I was talking to myself. I started meditating, doing more physical activities, mirror work etc. I gave myself a complete upgrade. Ive now been on this journey for the last 14 years the lost of identity during the time I found out I was undocumented has definitely been the hardest. I now help women find themselves back to Selflove I understood that in order to become the best version of themselves and reach full potential one must heal. Healing looks like childhood trauma, negative patterns of behavior and reorganizing there life to be able to connect at a soul level. Now I understand that I am much more than a nine digit number or a citizenship my mission is to help others tap into there potential and create social change in the world in which they live in. Dismantling the systems of oppression that have wanted us in the shadows. #healingwithselflove #revolutionthruselflove #SELFLOVEISANACTOFRESISTENCE
